To help address customers’ concerns, we take additional steps to ensure the quality and accuracy of every construction project. These procedures—found in our quality program—are born out of East & Westbrook’s management principles and strategy. REDUCING CALLBACKS MINIMIZES RISK

Some construction companies make the mistake of creating overly complicated processes, which can lead to errors. But the last thing you need is a company coming back to the construction site to finish an already “completed” project. Because we closely monitor the progress of every step, we reduce these callbacks and rework. In fact, the systems we have in place are strong enough to help project managers oversee every detail while not overwhelming them.

MATERIAL SUPPLIERS ARE CHOSEN WISELY

Because we use superior materials, our crews walk away feeling confident of a job well done. To ensure we acquire high-quality products, we hold our suppliers to a very high standard. Here’s a sample of the quality policy we have in place:

• Submittals and shop drawings proving compliance are provided in a timely manner
• As-built field dimensions are checked prior to fabrication of custom-sized materials
• Delivered materials must meet specified requirements and design intent 
• All furnished materials are subject to the inspection, testing and review of East & Westbrook or Owner provided independent third-party testing agencies
• Any materials found not meeting project specifications during testing or inspection will be replaced in a timely manner so as not to adversely impact the project schedule
