Tim is the type of guy who can happily live in a house with three cats even though he is a self-diagnosed dog lover. Don’t worry, Tim noted he has rescued and housed many over the years. When talking to Tim about his passion and skills he said “ I have been told that I can work with just about anyone” and this shows. Within just minutes of talking to Tim you start to feel comfortable and can tell he really listens to what you have to say. You don’t have to take my word for it either, his resume speaks for itself with a career history managing teams in excess of 13k. Tim is married with a daughter and two step sons to call family, and now we are excited Tim has decided to join the E&W family!

How did you find E&W?

"I learned about E & W when I found the posting for the HR Director on Indeed.  Before responding to the posting, I went on the website and was impressed with the longevity of the business and what the business stood for from a Safety, Quality and Performance POV.  I also liked the employee testimonials.  It really seemed like a quality organization with a lot of great people."

What made you interested in the first place?

"I like working with my hands.  I’ve done small construction jobs around my home and enjoy the feeling of taking something and making it better."

You haven’t been here long, how have things been going?

"This organization is “as advertised”.  I’ve met a lot of really great employees and can see their passion for this business and for what we do.  I am looking forward to working side by side with people and to helping grow the brand of East and Westbrook."

What are you most looking forward to in your career at E&W?

"Helping to grow the brand of East and Westbrook.  I would like to see us become an Employer of Choice in the state and region and be the place people want to come and work."

What is your tool of choice?

"Drill and Hammer."

Top Bucket list Adventure?

"I have always wanted to go skydiving.  Not sure why as I hate heights.  Sounds like it may be fun!"

Cold or hot?

"Hot. If it is going to be cold, there better be lots of snow.  My philosophy is that it can snow up to Christmas Day but then it needs to be 85 degrees the day after!"

Sports?

"I love football (both college and professional).  My favorite college team is U of L and favorite pro-team is anyone that plays the Patriots.  I rooted for the Colts when Manning was there and rooted for the Broncos when Elway played and when Manning was traded to them.  I remember as a kid growing up rooting for the Raiders.

I also enjoy watching baseball when I go to the stadium.  It is not as much fun watching it on television. I root for the Reds in the National League and Yankees in the American League."

Movies/Tv?

"Marvel movies, I’m a nerd at heart. For TV, anything from the History Channel or I really enjoying learning from DIY shows"

What is your best skill?

"I am a problem solver. I like finding new ways to solve problems and like working with people."

What are you most proud of?

"My family. We have been married 18 years and everyone is healthy and happy."
